Lake Casitas is appx. 23 miles from reunion site and will take about 25 minutes to drive to the reunion. Lake Casitas is great for those who will be caming with kids. It has a water park and lazy river. The best sites are in the "e" section. It appears reservations for July 2012 can be made in January. Campground is packed in the summer. It is a combination of full hookups and no hook ups. Good fishing lake also.

We have never stayed at this RV Park but it is always full and looks nice from freeway. It is about 11 miles from Oxnard Beach Park.
McGrath State Beach

Closets to the reunion but the status of the park is unknown.
There are first come, first serve campgrounds along the beach. They are very difficult to get into in the summer. They are the "Rincon Parkway Campground", "Emma Wood State Beach", Faria Beach Campground", and "Hobson Beach Campground." These sites are "no hookups or water- dry camping." Sites are small but have the views of the ocean.
